first I am sorry about my english, I am from Turkey.

I have 9700 pro , 10 days ago suddenly the phone didnt open ,only '' BLACkVİEW '' showed on screen.

I tried hardreset but only I saw '' FASTBOOT MODE ...''  on  the screen left side .
but this mode doesnt working.
please help , phone doesnt open and working.
