Pairing Bluetooth , tracker

Hello,
Following a problem with the pairing of a bluetooth device with my BV9700pro, I posted the question to the technical service of the manufacturer, here is his answer.
"The BlackView BLE stack does not support changing the MTU, and only supports a MTU of 23 bytes, which is not enough to run our Tracker "
What do you think, can we change this parameter?
If not, is an update possible to correct this problem?
