BV9700 Does Not Start After Upgrade

The device does not leave the startup screen after updating via wifi and the forum administrator does not give any assistance, damaging the mark;
The mega download system never completes the one-time download for free, Blackview should provide other ways to download the update;
Hire a forum administrator who can provide better service to satisfy the post sale.

I got contact with the blackview support and forwarded the cell phone for maintenance awaiting return, advise to do the same.
If it depends on the administrator the phone is dead.
File a complaint on the Blackview website to put another manager in the group because it is hurting the brand.
