Is there any hope with tech support?

I'm just wondering if there is actually people working on updating this phone software, which it was the year flagship phone for blackview, but I haven't been able to at least have the security updates.
I guess I should forget about getting the Android Q update.
So sad about this lack of interest from blackview to keep their customers happy or at least attended with there minimum requests.
