How to enter Safe Mode?

Can't figure out how to reboot to safe mode on this model, please assist.

The Power-on interface: Long press Power + Volume down

Not good advice...ended up in a six line menu ALL in Mandarin except for the letters GPS in line four.
I now need URGENT advice on which line to select and how?
