Screen issues

Hello,
after me and my wife used our two 9700pro for 2 month now today the first serius problem came up. One phones screen just went very blurry in the lower half and flickers a lot. a restart didn`t help. I don´t know if there could be any software issues or if it might be a case for the warrenty department?
