Support for fingerprint

I am still seeking an answer on the fingerprint scanner not working. *#87# states that there is no hardware....if this is the case is a new phone one the way or do you have away to turn it on? Lil' dissatisfied with the support options here and really seek help. I did find you and had to wait a while to receive my phone.

Hi, if there is no hardware, you have to repair it then.
You can ask the seller to repair,  if you bought it on our website, pls contact Joy@blackview.hk for help.
