SOS function crashes at any attempt to activate the SOS. Also the position button when pressed always requires to check network and doesn't do anything else. Can u help?

Hi, you can add an emergency contact here:[SOS-Contacts-Add]
Enter Contacts and make a phone call or SMS or SOS, it doesn't need network
