IP68 USB rubber plug

So the phone isn't IP68 rated without a rubber plug covering the USB port?

Words from the manual: "USB soft plug or other removable sealing plug should be plugged tightly"

Such a plug does not come with the phone so how can it be sold as "IP68"?

Hi,

Blackview BV9700 Pro is really IP68 without a plug. 
The USB port with nano waterproof coating.
