I have an LG Medianav OEM head-unit with Android Auto and CarPlay. It workw flawlessly with a CAT S60, and iPhone SE and X.
With BV9700Pro the red led keeps blinking and the usb connection toggling on/off. If I set for USB charging or use the provided 3in1 cable it charges normally, the data and file transfer connection with a computer works fine with the same cables (original and aftermarket).
Contacted Joy at Blackview and they ar sorting it out, without any results yet.

Anyone with the same problems?
