Is the ROM download a nesecary update?
Or is it the original ROM for the phone?
There are no real details posted with it.

There is an OTA UPDATE you ver settings--> System -->Advance --> About Phone --> wireless update.
It takes about 5 min and must have your phone battery any be 30% or plugged in to charger.
