NFC Tap & Pay does not work

Hi,

I installed the Wallet app from my bank, which read my bank card without problems using the NFC reader, but when I want to use my 9700Pro to pay, I get zero reaction if I hold it up to the payment terminal, no matter which way I hold it. NFC is enabled, Tap & Pay mode is on, and the Wallet app is set to default.

On my older 9500Pro this works just fine.

Can confirm this doesn't work, as we are a Visa paywave merchant. The phone does not make Google wallet payments, and nor does card emulation mode work as a security element missing warning comes up. Don't know if the two issues are linked.

The NFC hardware is working in Android Beam mode.

Admin...please can you pass this on to tech team for a bug fix....phone is currently non-compliant with Google certification on this issue. Needs addressing urgently.

Our tech team is handling with this problem, OTA updates will be released next week to address this issue

Our tech. team has solved this problem, and released a new version. You can update via OTA
