Does the BV9700 pro work with band 71 (tmobile 600mhz)  I have been asking since you announced the phone. Please find someone that can answer this question. 

Hy i ordered a blackview bv 9600 plus but i recived an email that the phone is not going to be produced anymore 
 i ve been promised that i ill become an 9700 pro 
i sent an email on may 26 th for that but no answer .........

pls help kelly is not answering. the phones are pretty good but the company comunicates very bad with customer

i apllyed on 6 november 2018 for a blackview bv 9600 plus and 2 gifts in value of 371 usd 

i have been informed that 9600 plus isn t gonna be manufactured so , i have been totld that i have been transfered for a blackview bv 9700 pro 
I didn t receive any confirmation from Blackview so i am writing u about this 

I want the package super early bird + more gifts which includes tempered glass wireless charger and nicht vision camera in value of 346 USD . I need your written confirmation that this package is reserved for me, 

There is a difference of 25 usd betwen what i have paid for the 9600 plus and the early bird of 9700 pro. What do we do about this ? Are you gonna transfer the money back in to my account or i can choose more perks ? 
Thank you  and i need an answer very soon  you have my money for over 6 months .
