What is the difference between the two roms proposed in the ROM section of the BV9700pro?

The two rom:
2019071217_s41v71c2k_jk_eea .zip ( BV9700Pro official ROM download link)
2019071217_s41v71c2k_jk_eea .zip (BV9700Pro_0712)
have the same file name, normal? fault ?

however the security update would be fine and a minimum

According to customer service via email, an update was planned late september but it was delayed for testing and certification. I suppose it will arrive no later than the end of October.

When I had the Doogee S60 we had to have android 8 may soon after, we have never seen the update and never security update, it must cost expensive to pay to google, it's not free for everyone you know.

so i guess they have it soon out for download...
