I need to know how to resolve the issue wih my phone not holding charge anymore. I purchase the phone on 1 Dec 2019 so it is relative new. How to get a replacement battery? The only way tobisd the phone now is to keep it connected to a charge. Without this, the battery will completely drain within 5hrs or so if left unused. If the phone is in use, the battery drains much much quicker.
