Bluetooth Calls Not Working on BV9700 Pro

Tue Apr 07, 2020 10:30 am

Problem: I have a BT headset Sennheiser momentum 2.0. When I connect and listen to music it is seamless.  However if I try and take a call the audio toggles between Bluetooth / phone audio...over and over. Headset / phone speaker / headset / phone speaker.   I can use the headset buttons to hangup / redial / and for brief moment it will hold the call in the headset and then ….it toggles again over and over.
Please help my figure this out. Seems like major bug to have $400 phone that doesn't pair with a common enough headset brand. And its the primary function of a phone to make a call. Would be nice to get this solved.
I have already tried all the fixes on this page: http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?t=333190 .  Did not work or make any difference.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Will Bluetooth drop when switching?

After pairing the phone with Bluetooth, don't separate people, because the frequency of the human body and the frequency of Bluetooth are the same, separating people will cause Bluetooth to be unstable; to rule out this situation, let him replace a Bluetooth device

Bluetooth works when listening to music fine. Anything to do with calls causes the audio to toggle between the standard phone audio and Bluetooth.

I don't understand the human body comment. Seems like poor translation.

It means that after the headset is connected to the mobile phone, don't go too far
