you can do the update with the rom downloaded from needrom, I did it once on mn old Doogee S60 where I did not receive either from
the ota, use SP Flash Tool and linux or windows, it's not complicated, you just have to follow the procedure and it is installed without problem (at least for me)

The last rom only applies for UE and Russia, and I'm afraid that instead of bringing me upgrades will be problems instead

however, i have a bit problems with sp flash tools, but may anyone can do a local update? there's no OTA yet (at least not received one).

btw, a bit weird: i had the exact same filename for a file downloaded in summer.. same md5-hash. not shure how that happend or what's up with that update..
