It is true and I repeat - it's my personal feeling - from the beginning, communication, monitoring and software and hardware support does not seem to be the primary concern of Blackview.

That said, the last update (November 2019) seems to work without problems. ( viewtopic.php?f=260&t=531220&start=30#p853496 )
