Hi,
my 9700pro freezes. Meaning no reaction on any input except on/off button. Only a restart fixes that behaviour for a couple of hours (10 - 16). 

Software should be latest version.

Hi, I wonder how did your BV9700 pro gets frozen, any operation?

We have two clients who have developed this problem, one writes:

"The freeze is happening on the home page of the phone, not in an app. I tend to notice it if when I pick it up to do something I cannot get the phone to activate. I can see my wallpaper & usually some notifications but I cannot get it out of that state, so have to hold the power button till it finally shuts down. Even when the shut down red dot comes up after holding down the power button for a couple of seconds, pressing that will not shut the phone off, so I have to keep holding the power button to force a shut down"

Please advise a solution.
