Is this the usual uneven distribution of OTA updates? Because as of yesterday my 9700Pro hadn't had an update yet.

I switched back to my 9500Pro as I am traveling this week and need the bigger battery. I will check next weekend to see if there is any change.

I still have no OTA update.

Can you please confirm that this is the usual regional variation in update time?

If not, I'd like to install the update from the download link, but restarting my phone in recovery mode gives me a chinese menu. Can you or anyone give me a quick translation?

May I know, how did you use the NFC function??
Are there any third-party apps to download?

In order to use the Tap&Pay functionality I either have to use Google Pay or download the Wallet app from my bank (ABN Amro Wallet). That app works fine on all other BV phones with NFC (i've had a 6000, an 8000Pro and currently still use a 9500Pro).

Does every BV9700 Pro have that issue?

Happy to report the updates FINALLY appeared today, and that it cured the NFC glitch.
