Unresponsive screen

Hello,
 My MAX1 is just a month old and, finding out that I couldn't connect it to my laptop via Bluetooth (windows 7), I thought I'd change the bluetooth settings (protocols).
The other thing I did was to disable the power saving mode.
Anyway, bottom line is that the touchscreen seems unresponsive, no matter what (reboot, charger connection,factory reset!).
It just can't enter anything by touching the screen (not even unlocking it!)
Any suggestions?
