GPS is not working, NO SIGNAL

Hi,
My Blackview MAX 1 has no GPS signal at the outside open-air areas.
Why??? Is it the hardware issue???
Does anyone face the same issue?

have the same problem very bad fix of gps in car it could not be used:-(

it could by fixed by mtk epo gps fixer, but this needs root.And kingo and other app does not work for me...

seem it is not hardware problem but a-gps problem. it could by solved by root and mtk gps fixer. But i was unsucessfull with rooting phone.

Hey! Same problem here ... I tried several times to calibrate the compass bust still not working... I think is a software problemAdmin? How we solve this?

Hi, guys, the GPS shrapnel is deflected, it needs to be clamped.
