I have had my phone since 08 May 2020, and this morning while trying to make a phone call it suddenly crashed. All I have is a blue line on a black screen with the words 'main camera' on. It wont do anything when pressing buttons on the side. This is my medical emergency phone and need it 24/7. What do I do.
