Hi. Weird event happened on [color=#222222][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]a Blackview A60. [/font][/color]

I had 1.4gb internal memory space left and I was downloading 1.2gb file. After 30% of the download, the phone crashed. It turned off. Then it turned back on, it showed the Blackview logo, and turned back off. Then it turns back on, shows the Blackview logo, and turns back off. It keeps repeating this loop. The phone is not out of charge, before it crashed I was charging and it was at 95%.

The next time it turned off and turned on, I held the volume up button, which brought me to a menu with 3 options:
1. Recovery Mode
2. Fast Boot
3. Normal Boot

I tried all 3 options.

Option 1 repeats the loop. It turns off and then on, shows logo, turns off, turns on, shows logo, etc.

Option 2 gets stuck on that page and stays like that. At that point, I cannot select other options. It is completely stuck and unresponsive.

Option 3 repeats the loop. Turns off, turns on, shows logo, turns off, etc.

I also tried to connect the phone to a pc with USB. But the pc did not recognize and connect to the phone.

I would really like to save the files I have on the phone. But if a factory reset needs to happen to save the phone, I will do that. I would appreciate some help on how to fix this problem myself.
