Problem with BV5500 bootloop

Hello
We had problem with bv5500 model.The device stuck at logo and restart (bootloop).
We tried to reflash it but the same problem.
Any solution??

Hi there!
Unfortunately it looks like an hardware fault regarding eMMC. The only solution would be replacing the motherboard...
If your phone is still under warranty, you'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced at no cost.
