BV6800 Pro dark screen

Whilst working on the phone, the screen flickered and went dark blue... it's still on but unresponsive.
I put it on the charger and switched it off. When I picked it up 10 minutes later it restarted.
As soon as I went to the dial page, it went off again.
The screen is lit dark blue not off altogether.
How to sort it out?
