Italian (Europe) ROM or settings needed URGENTLY

Dear all
I searched Europe, European and Italy in forum before posting unsuccessfully.
I purchased a BV6800pro from Chinese seller Teknistore while in Australia and works fine.
I am now in Europe (specifically Italy) and phone won't connect to network. I have tried Italian SIM (Iliad) and Aussie one (Aldi) - neither connects.
Wrote Teknistore and they told me to contact BlackView so I would be immensely grateful if someone can please assist as at the moment the phone only works on WiFi.
