Hi Team, 
this is the third time I faced this issue. phone was hanges. when I restart sometimes it was starting. but every three months once it fails to book again .. it was showing an option booting fail to try again of factory data reset. when I select try again for few times no use. and then I am selecting a factory data reset.  I am losing all my photos and files.
we don't know when it may happen to do back up first... after doing factory data reset phone working as normal.

thanks for the info , I have contacted blackview .they suggested return the device for repair .. I send back to blackview factory ( china ) .. they have repaired and sent back the device.  now my mike echo voice problem was solved and Bluetooth and headset problem was solved  .. 

I will wait for three months for check fail to boot the problem ..
