BV6800 PRO Broken Screen with less than1 month of use

Hello there.

I bought your phone BV6800PRO, on 13/05/2019, in Portugal at MHR Store in the city of Porto, i have invoice to confirm that if needed.

I bought this phone because i wanted a tuff one, but in reality this phone is looking worse than all the other normal ones i had before.
After just one month of use it appear with a fracture on the screen, from top to bottom, and it didn't even fell to the ground, i was texting my girlfriend on the bed last night, i turn out the phone to sleep, and when i wake up to turn it on there was that giant fracture on the screen from top to bottom, this is really very strange.

I want to know what you have to say about this, because it's not acceptable that a rugged phone like you advertise, appears with a broken screen without actually anyone did nothing to it, if this happens this way, i cant even imagine if it falls to the ground.

Meanwhile tried to reach Blackview by email, and no answer, tried to forward the mail today, and guess what, the email returned, tried to forward the email for a ouple of times, and eveitime it came back rejected. Tried to send form another email account from the same domain,  and it was send!  Well i just cant belive that beside no answer you blocked my email.

I'm really angry with this issue, no one answers, then block my emails ... WTF blackview?

I want to know what to do to solve this issue.

Hi there!
Your unit is definitely faulty.  It may happen to every phone and every phone brand.
Your phone is still under warranty. The seller is the one who manages warranty terms, repairs, replacements and refunds, so please, contact him and your issue will be solved ;)

I did that already, they looked at the phone but said that they could do nothing, they have to send the phone to the brand and then i have to wait, and they don't know how much time i have to wait, and they said that it doesn't depend on them, if it's repaired under warranty or if i have to pay for it!   So, i'm going to stay without the phone without knowing when i will receive it back, and in the end it could even cost me money!

Unfortunately that's the way your seller manages warranty terms. There's nothing we can do about that. You'll have to wait.
