My bv6800pro using firmware from november 2018 and still then i'am trying to update every time i get message that it use latest version of firmware.

My question: Is there will be firmware update for Russia?

OTA updates don't reach each user at the same time.

I suggest you to remove SD cards from your phone, perform a factory reset from the recovery menu ( http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922 ) , set your phone to English language and search for updates under wifi networks. This should help.

Thnak you fir your reply, but it didn't help me. My phone still telling me thaf i have last firmware update (which is not true).


Maybe it will help: phone was byued from russian retailer, not from aliexpress or something, it even have index bv6800pro_RU.

Maybe such ROM isn't an official one. This may explain the fact that you don't get any updates.

And how can i check it?

Please post screenshots about the "info" screen on your phone's settings.
