Hi,
I have problem with my BV6800 Pro. I have this phone one week, I bought it before my vacation. After one week of daily using, I cannot charge this phone.
I made some photos in water. Before i put charger in, it was completely dry. I started charge after 8 hours, when it was in watter.
Now, I cannot do factory reset, because baterry has only 20%.
Charger is OK, because it woks wiht another phone. I tried to connect earphones and it works withnout problems.

Can anybody help me, where is the problem?

Hi there! Just to start, please try to perform a factory reset directly from the recovery menu. Follow this tutorial:

If a factory reset from the recovery menu can't solve the issue, we must consider it as an hardware fault. Maybe the usb-c port was still wet when you connected it to the charger....

I have the same problem. It is something wrong (burned) inside after one sank. I can charge wireless only. Usb conector is finally KO.

In this case you'll have to contact your seller.... hoping for the warranty not being voided...

Hi all , 

I have also faced the same problem.

all functions working fine except charging .. I tried both wired and wireless no use .. 
after some time battery dropped to 0% .. switched off automatically .. 
but I used a hair drier to dry in charger hole for some time .. and left the phone for two hours .. and then I tried to charge it was charging ( direct and wireless ) 
I am not sure it was a good solution.  ( while keeping hairdryer direct to charging hole .. it may give some problem to phone .. so do careful )

You should consider to open a dispute on the AliExpress platform. This is what I would do.
