After I installed my SIM card into my new phone, the only connection it had with the network was data. It was scrolling across the top of notification bar that it was connected to Verizon but only had a "(Data only connection)". I tried rebooting the phone, a different sim card that is known to be good, tried the other sim card slot, made sure everything was updated, checked the network preferences to make sure it was finding the networks, tried both open roaming and non roaming, drove to another known good cellular area to make sure it wasn't the tower I was on. And I'm still having the same issue. It's showing full service and 4G connectivity

Hi there. Do you mean you can surf the web with your data connection but you can't call? 

Exactly. Can't call or send texts, but internet is fine.

Where are you living and what's your phone carrier?

USA Verizon, bought the US version

Unfortunately it looks that your BV6800 Pro isn't the US version one, actually.

As you can see here, the non US BV6800 Pro, with the Verizon carrier, will let you only surf the web (using 4G), but not calling (2G-3G).

Ok. Ordered from blackview, off their site, and have the order number that shows they were ordered as us phones. Guess I'll get ahold of them and wait another three weeks.
