Hi Team, I am facing an issue with Bluetooth connectivity 

Scenario: I have connected Bluetooth morning 9 am, afternoon I have disconnected to charge my Bluetooth when I try to reconnect back it failed to connect it,
after restart my mobile it was connecting to the same device automatically .. so please solve the issue ASAP it was a bit hard to restart the device every time . 

Hi, did you try to simply deactivate and reactivate the bluetooth on your phone?

Yes I tried. .but no use . When I turn off the Bluetooth and wait for minit and turn on the device no use ..so after I restarting my phone ..it was automatically connecting ..

I noticed one more issue ..

Key board delay for typing ..wen I open what's apps or browser .key board opens .. when I type the text it was not entering into application ..it was showing as suggested words when select the words also it was not entered the to app (Browser , what's app )

When re open the application it was working good ..

Please perform a factory reset and try again. After doing a factory reset don't load a previous backup and don't install any other app. Just try your Bluetooth and report back if anything changes.

I have done a factory reset, the problem was still the same ..   

my mobile mike was creating echo voice distabance for all phone calls .. when I use Bluetooth headset only voice was clear .. so that why Bluetooth was important for me.

Can you please try another bluetooth headset? Sometimes the issue is more related to the headset than then phone.

I tried that too ..I have few head sets
- lg
- bluedio
- zenlot


But all are same ..


I have connected device ..It was connected  ..But still voice coming to hand phone ...

It have mike problem ...And then I restart the device working fine ...


Scenario
- connected device .. able to make calls using Bluetooth
- when getting some distance Bluetooth disconnected.
- And when come to near the phone it was connected automatically.
- But the voice not transferring to Bluetooth device
- when I restarted the mobile it was again connecting and I am getting the voice from Bluetooth (note: I have tried restarting Bluetooth headset but no use ..Device connecting but the voice coming from handphone only )

I hope this explanation is good enough to understand the device problem

Ok, can anybody else confirm such issue? 

I have a similar problem with my Polar H7 heart rate monitor, it connects correctly but after a while (the duration is random), it disconnects.
The pulsometro works correctly in another phone with a Rom custom android Pie (Resurrection remix).
Factory reset does not solve the problem.

OK, such issue has been tracked. Tech team will investigate.
