Not showing cellular data

Hi,
my phone not showing consumption of cellular data usage. I install Data Monitor from google play and it doesnt help. The phone counter only WiFi data consumption. I have 2 sim cards in phone.

I see you got Data roaming active. You are using foreign sim or you are abroad?

If my provider runs out of signal connect to other one for free taxes and better signal. So i must turn on Data roaming.
On the old model on BV7000Pro it counter data normally.
