4G and general connectivity.

I recently bought the new BV6800 because I wanted to replace my BV8000 Pro. Before that, I bought the BV9000 Pro. I had the same results that I am detailing with the BV6800 Pro.
Anyway, I am having connectivity problems, with the old BV8000 Pro I was able to use my 2 SIMs and I had great reception, including 4G LTE on the data SIM. With the BV6800 I can only get 3G (sometimes) and EDGE (2G) for the data SIM. Also, reception is terrible! With the BV8000 Pro I had great results! With this one, I have a lot of dropped calls, and a lot of broken conversations, no to mention that when someone attempts to call me, they say I appear as out of the area of service even when I have almost all the bars!
It is almost unusable. I gave away my BV8000 Pro and now I am stuck with this one with poor results.
Not to mention that Garmin Connect does not work (actually, it works when installing the app for the first time, but once you reboot, Smart Notifications will NOT work again).
It is a pity, since I think it is a good phone.
I would like to know if the BV9600 Pro will share the same problems before I buy yet another phone from you.
Please advice.

Hi there! What are you describing is not normal, it seems that your unit got an internal antenna issue.
You'll have to contact your seller to have your phone repaired or replaced under warranty.
