after 2 month , there is no sound from the ear piece when i  call or recieve a call, the ear piece doesn't work, please find enclosed my picture with the encircle earpiece problem,

Hi dear! Unfortunately it looks like an hardware fault. You'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced/repaired under warranty.
If you bought the phone directly from the Blackview Official Store, please contact kelly@blackview.hk as she will help you sending it back.

Try to put under water.    There can be some dirt. 

We have 2 devices showing this defect.
Factory reset seems to temporarily solve the problem - so I guess this is a software issue.
Any thoughts on that ?

During hardware testing, all is good.
This happens only during calls. (Scrambled or no sound at all)

Anyone knows where to get a replacement part ?

They will come on Aliexpress, but in few months

Confirmed as software issue from my end.
Got a 6800Pro for the kid. Straight out of the box, earpiece wasn't working
Did an OTA update, and now it works.
Will monitor to see if problem persists or reappears
