hello, I have connected the earplugs to the usb-c cable that comes with the new device, and it doesnt work, what to do?

I also tried a different pair of headphones, still dont work..
And, audio sources: youtube, audio files, chrome etc...

Can you please take some photos of the headphones, connectors and cables which you tried?

I just didnt know I need to push with so much force to connect the earphones fully to the usb-c cable.
