OTA updates don't reach every user at the same time, you'll have to wait and remember to check for updates when connected to wifi networks. A factory reset sometimes helped, but i reccommend to wait another bit.

My 6800 say always no update available. can you tell me where to download, I will apply manually inmediately.
I was very happy 6000 user, but the 6800 I bought in presale has too much mic problems. They told me this can solve.

You can't download it, OTA updates get downloaded automatically. As stated many times, you'll have to wait until your phone finds the update by itself.

Hello I would like to know if there will be updates for this BV6800 PRO, or it will remain at version 20181130, these phones do not have support as other phones never make updates, a brand that fails to grow if you do not continuously update your brand will not grow.

Hello, my phone find the update, but after download the phone restarts and fails to apply it. I read that there is another way to upgrade, with the update.zip file, but I don't know haow and where I can find it.
