Received my newly purchased BV6800 Pro and after a few days of use it has been made to my attention that the phone has a major problem when making and receiving calls. The caller/receiver on the other end of the phone hears themselves talking as if the mic and speaker are too close together and I also hear the echo of myself speaking. This happens both in speaker phone mode, and very surprisingly in headset mode (i.e. normal on ear operation).

it is very difficult to have a conversation and this tells me the headset is not operating properly.

this issue looks related to your phone carrier/coverage. To rule this out, i suggest you to perform a factory reset and try again. If this doesn't work, you may contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty. If the new phone comes with the same issue, you'll have to change phone carrier.

I did the factory reset and tried a different SIM on another carrier. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.

Will return to place of purchase.
