[USEFUL] Not working time alarm when the phone is turned off

Time alarm not working if the phone is turned off. The phone couldnt be turned on. After manually turn on, phone shows only missing time alarm. Fix it please, in this way is the phone unusable! Sometimes time alarm works. Same glich as on BV9000.
Thank you to solve this problem.

I found the reason of the problem!
1. If the phone hasnt a screen lock for example with a pattern the time alarm starts normally when the phone is turned off.
2. If the phone has a screen lock for example with a pattern time alarm didnt start when the phone is turned off.
Please fix it this bug.

I solved this problem. It is only about settigns.
If you have lock by a pattern (with/without fingerprint) go Settings>Security&location>Device security>Screen lock (Pattern)>insert your patter or pin,...>Secure start-up>choose NO. Look at the picture.
Now the time alarm turn on everytime when the phone will be turned off, so I thing no need software fix.

The Secure Startup option does work. That's the good news.
However this issue still needs a tech team fix, as every time I re-boot my phone, it disables the alarm clock. The only way to enable the alarm, is to disable device security and then enable it once again with secure startup at "No"...
We need a tech fix so that the alarm clock feature will still be active even after power off/re-boot etc.
