The phone seems to think its fully charged but doesnt go above around 50% anymore. The W1 charges my LG work phone with no problems.
Also, I can no longer charge by plugging in the supplied charge cable in the bottom of the phone - nothing happens when I plug it in. This cable works because it powers the W1 charger so i know thats not the fault.
Worryingly, this is pointing towards a faulty/poor quality battery as the same thing happened to my older BV6000 after about 15 months. I had to buy a replacement battery as Blackview would not supply one stating "its over 12 months old" and install it myself which was not an easy task.
As this phone is only 7 months old I would expect a replacement phone or refund if this cant be fixed with a Firmware/Software update soon.
BLACKVIEW - please respond to this message and raise it as an official case as a matter of urgency. my confidence in these phones is falling rapidly after advising many friends and family to also purchase Blackview phones.
Hi there, as you can see from the "[TRACKED]" tag in the thread title, this is already an official case. Tech team is aware and working for a fix.
