i have the same problem with BlackView bv5800pro and charger is LIMXEMS Universal Qi charging pad : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07DHPXTNR/
maybe the problem is the "Qi" thing here ?

i'm disappointed because i bought two of them for my phone, and none will charge wireless

i'll try the one suggested above.

Me too. Working fine until recently and now only charging when over about 80%. Otherwise cuts out after a minute or so.

I got my BV6800Pro in November last year and also have the same wireless charging issue with the W1.  I have tried using other wireless chargers and the issue is the same.  The phone seems to think its fully charged but doesnt go above around 50% anymore. The W1 charges my LG work phone with no problems.
Also, I can no longer charge by plugging in the supplied charge cable in the bottom of the phone - nothing happens when I plug it in.  This cable works because it powers the W1 charger so i know thats not the fault.
Worryingly, this is pointing towards a faulty/poor quality battery as the same thing happened to my older BV6000 after about 15 months.  I had to buy a replacement battery as Blackview would not supply one stating "its over 12 months old" and install it myself which was not an easy task.

As this phone is only 7 months old I would expect a replacement phone or refund if this cant be fixed with a Firmware/Software update soon.
BLACKVIEW - please respond to this message and raise it as an official case as a matter of urgency. my confidence in these phones is falling rapidly after advising many friends and family to also purchase Blackview phones.

Hi there, as you can see from the "[TRACKED]" tag in the thread title, this is already an official case. Tech team is aware and working for a fix. ;)

Hi admin, as you can see from the date under the thread title, 4 months have passed. And most of those "[TRACKED]" are 6 months old. Nice reactivity Blackview... Do you even have a Tech team ? You know they need to be at least 2 to call it a team ;)

Hi, Admin
For the record, I have this problem with my BV9500 that arrived a week ago.

How will we know when a fix is available?

Proving fairly consistent over time. Over 80%, charging works fine, under and it falters after thirty seconds or so. A consistent problem should be easy to fix. Is anyone actually assigned to the bug?
