Just disable it.

I must disable duraspeed and all my apps will start in background? Because its really bad when my viber and other is not responding when they have messages and news for me...
Otherwise phone is really good, but updates are very useful

Disabling duraspeed won't fix the issue, but may prevent other issues.

Rom updates carry different fix at the same time. If a ROM update comes, install it, perform a factory reset and check if the issue has been solved or wait for some other user to confirm it
