Re: [TRACKED] Wireless charging problem

Fri Feb 15, 2019 7:03 am

Hello
Since yesterday, my device no longer charges wireless.
I have four different QI chargers that have all worked fine so far and with all of them the error occurs.
When you place it on the charger, it first shows that it is charging, but after about 30 seconds, charging stops.
best regards

Try testing the wireless charging with different battery charge levels, like 50%, 60%, 70% etc.

Can somebody test wireless charging using our Blackview wireless charger? https://m.it.aliexpress.com/item/329213 ... wgQAvD_BwE

The issue may be related to 3rd party chargers and their shape/internals.

Dear admin.

Now, I have the original Blackview wireless charger and I have the same problem. I can charge the phone If this has 80% or more battery.

Good morning,
I have the same problem.
I received the mobile and the wireless charger non more the one mounth ago.
The first 3-5 recharges have been done with the wireless charger and it worked well, but now it is not possible to recharge the mobile using wireless.
In details, when I plug the charger in the electricity the green led start to flash, but in the moment in which I put the mobile on the base it seemes that is charging process is starded, but after a couple on minutes , the led became red and it doen't works.
Meanwhile the wired racharge process is as announced in your comunication (2.5 hour).

Where is the problem? Mobile or charger?
Thanks a lot

Same problem. Wireless charging worked for two months and not doesn't work. WHEN will we get the update? Many people are reporting this problem (as well as auto focus). The upgrade should be priority.
