Good day !

I'm having a problem with my BV6800 pro.
I dropped it inside my home from my desk.
I picked it up and it wasn't on anymore , since then it is not turning on .
It gets hot like it is on but for the rest nothing is happening !! I'm starting to panic a little !
I tried to reset it with Power volume down and power volume up...
Not working.. Also plugging it into my charger doesn't turn it on...

Help me please..
