Blackview BV6800 Pro Face Unlock Doesn't work

Hi

I wondered if anyone else was having this issue?

I bought the Blackview BV6800 Pro for myself for Christmas and have been unable to set up Face unlock.
Everything is greyed out apart from the Enrol Face option. When clicked it asks to confirm pattern and then just throws you back to the previous Menu.

This is very frustrating as i wanted to set this up because it seems like a useful function.
