Wireless update is stuck

Running build: BV6800pro_S592_V1.1_20190320V23
Android 8.0.0
Wireless update has downloaded and tapping on the "Install Now" button kicks me out of the app and does nothing more.
I cannot update now and there is no way to manually update that I know.
Please help.
Resetting the phone did not work on this issue.

Try to use another language to update, it works
