Phone find new update but cant install

Hi, phone few days ago finds and download new firmware from OTA, but i cant install it, every time i click install now it back to previous screen.

Hi, there; Can you offer us a video about what had happened when you install the new update?

Problem is that new update dont install like on video from this link that i added.
Few days ago I get notification that new update is avaiable. I download it on wifi.
I see that download is complete 100% and i can choose 2 options, install now and install later.
When i click install now, on 2 seconds phone not respond, and after that it dont reboot to install but back to screen about phone.

I can make video, but wat hosting you want? YouTube will be ok?

Thanks a lot, you can reboot the phone and connect WiFi to install the new version again

Hello , sorry to post here, but this is also my problem. The same . The phone don't start the update but return to the previous menu. I try to restart the phone but how i can re download the software? It is always downloaded also after restart the phone.

I reboot 3 times, update still on 100%, no option to download again.
