Hi !

I got my 6800Pro for Christmas and I'm very happy about it.

But I have a problem :
when my phone is losing cellular network (for normal reasons, because I'm far from the antenna),
it cannot refresh for new hotspot and I've no longer network (no call, no SMS) but internet works well...
And all comes back well when I'm switching plane mode on/off.
I tried not to use plane mode for a day moving throught all the city to test if it could get network in other places, but nothing changed.

So do you think it's a software issue ? Or should I send back my loved phone due to antenna problem ?
Because when I'm losing network nobody can join me using SMS or call, it's embarrasing...

Hi there! Such issue seems to be related to a faulty phone antenna. I suggest you to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty.
