Screen protection instruction

The phone comes with two screen protections, one thin and one thick, what is the difference between them?

Use the tempered glass one and throw away the useless plastic one

Thx Sams, so I guess one is tempered glass n one is plastic...

I cant take pictures of the glass because its already on my screen
