BV6800 Pro first use and problems

Sat Nov 17, 2018 8:39 pm

I ordered 3 phones BV6800 Pro in yellow color. There is my experiences after 4 days of use.

Build number: BV6800Pro_Blackview-V1.4_20180920

Pros:
-First impression no welcome song/music on Blackview logo during turning on !
-Tempered glass and wireless charger in package as free gift in pre-order sale.
-Fast and smooth searching web.
-Microphone is now good (no more software put higher gain) and rear speaker great quality sound.
-New Android system 8.0.0 Oreo.
-Deep cleaning Virtual memory.

Cons:
-In all 3 packages was missing the pad to pull out the sim card slot as the guide shows (see the picture below).
-Operating system is under control by Google, need to download a Nova Launcher and destroy search google bar in system template - in default system template it isnt possible to disable it.
-Time alarm not working if the phone is turned off. The phone couldnt be turned on. After manually turn on, phone shows only missing time alarm. Fix it please, in this way is the phone unusable! Sometimes time alarm works. Same glich as on BV9000.
-Missing app picture gallery (in phone is installed something unusable from Google), you must download new picture gallery
-Low vibrations. In model BV7000 was much more intense vibrations.
-The side buttons are pressed very easily. I think it could be same pressure as on BV6000.

Other:
-The phones weight is exactly 277g same as BV9000.
-Wireless charger charged the phone with 13-15% per hour. For example : from 40% battery to 100% about 5 hours.
-No jack connector, only with adapter usb-c to jack.

Iam gonna update this post if I find out something new.

1) Did you accurately check the package?
2) This is normal, that's how Google made Oreo. We can do nothing for that.
3) Please open a new thread about it. A single problem = a single thread about it
4) Not an issue, you can download any app you want to be your gallery
5) Different motor and chassis make different vibrations. Definitely normal :)
6) Not an issue, in my opinion.

Guys, the missing pad is not a problem ;) just use a flat screwdriver covered with a cloth.
